Frequently asked questions
If you don’t see your question below, send a quick message — we’re happy to help.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak dates (summer Saturdays, December), we recommend booking as early as you can. For off-peak dates, availability can be better closer to the time.
How long do bands usually perform?
Most events are covered by 2–3 live sets (for example 2×60 minutes or 3×45 minutes). We’ll help you choose the best structure for your schedule.
Do bands provide PA and lighting?
Most bands provide a PA suitable for typical wedding and party venues. Lighting varies by band — it’s usually listed on the band profile or confirmed during enquiry.
Can we choose songs?
Yes. Many bands offer a first dance or special request. You can also share “must-play” and “do-not-play” preferences.
How much space do bands need?
It depends on lineup size. As a rough guide: a 4–5 piece band usually needs around 4m x 3m. We’ll confirm requirements before booking.
What time do bands arrive and set up?
Typically 60–90 minutes before the first set (sometimes earlier for bigger lineups or complex venues). We’ll coordinate with your venue timeline.
What happens if the band can’t perform?
We work with professional acts and plan carefully. In the rare event something changes, we’ll help source a suitable alternative.
